1. How do I order?

or for immediate pick up at any Pallion office throughout Australia. Pallion sales representatives also carry basic stock with them for drop off.


2. Where are your physical stores?

Regentco findings are available for immediate pick up at all Pallion offices throughout Australia.


3. Can I order through your website?

Absolutely! Simply follow the prompts for easy ordering.


4. Do you take international orders and who do I pay customs fees and/or taxes to?

Yes! We ship internationally. Once your findings arrive in your country, Fedex will contact you to collect any taxes or duties payable.


5. When will my credit card be billed?

Your credit card will be billed at the time of purchase. We will not ship without full payment unless you have an approved credit account with us.


6. What is the credit card security code requested at checkout?

The security code is a three or four digit number that appears on your credit card. Visa and MasterCard users will find this code above the signature on the back of the card.  American Express users will find this number on the top right of the front of the card.  This ensures your purchase is protected and secure to avoid credit card fraud.


7. Is shopping with Regentco secure?

Yes! We use secure encryption and fraud protection for all credit card transactions. All sensitive data is encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL).


8. Will my personal information be shared with third parties?

No. We work with CBA, one of Australia’s most trusted and leading banks and their payment gateway is fully PCI compliant, meaning your payment details will remain 100% private and confidential.  We do not keep any banking or transaction information details on its site nor will it share any personal information divulged to us.


9. How do I set up a credit account?

If you wish to open a credit account with us, please contact us for an application form. Please allow 10 working days for processing.


10. What if I have a question about my order, want to change it or need to cancel it?

No problem. Simply call our team on +61 2  8067 9001 and we’ll sort it out for you.


11. Returns?

No problem. Regentco accepts returns within 30 days of delivery by us to you.  The goods must be in unused condition and returned with a copy of the invoice.  Your credit card or credit account will be credited the full purchase price less delivery charges (if any). 


12. What happens if I get delivered the wrong findings?

Simply call our team and we will immediately dispatch the correct product to you with a spare postage bag for the goods you incorrectly received.


13. Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes! You can select this option at checkout. Any order placed inside Australia will be charged GST regardless of delivery location.


14. How long after I order will my item be shipped?

Australian deliveries are normally received next business day. International deliveries are dispatched on the first business day that the order is received but delivery times may vary dependent on customs.


15. Are your shipments secure?

Yes! All shipments are fully insured.


16. Where are Regentco findings made?

To give our clients the best value, Regentco findings are made in Australia and also off shore.  A key difference between Regentco and other Australian findings suppliers is that most of Regentco’s findings are produced by us.  So, because we’re manufacturers, not just wholesalers, Regentco GUARANTEES the lowest prices every day on its quality range of Findings.  We’re so sure of our product and our pricing that if you happen to find a cheaper price on an identical stocked item, we'll beat it by 10%.


17. How do I know what my Regentco findings are made of?

All Regentco precious metal findings are made with a carat stamp. All Regentco findings are guaranteed to be at or above the stated caratage.


18. Are Regentco findings pressed or cast?

All findings are made using either pressed or cast components.  Most Regentco findings are pressed (clasps, settings, posts, butterflies) but some heavier components are cast.  Just ask one of our team and they’ll tell you which is which.
